Our home offers three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm: • Primary Suite: Features a comfortable queen bed, a modern en suite bathroom, and direct access to a private patio—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. • The Cozy Comfy Room: A tranquil space with a queen bed, bedside tables, and reading lights for unwinding after a busy day. • The Happy Place Room: This bright and cheerful room includes two twin beds and is ideal for kids or friends. The full modern kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, complete with a dining space to gather and share meals. Outside, you'll find a covered patio and a large, private fenced backyard, offering a perfect spot for relaxation or outdoor activities.

• For your safety and security, this property is monitored by exterior security cameras. These cameras are located at the front and back of the house and do not have any views of the interior spaces. • Please be aware that the garage is not available for guest use and is kept locked for owner storage. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30 + the cost of shipping. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - Sorry, we do not allow pets at this location! - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30 + the cost of shipping. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. - Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. - We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - Early and late check-ins are subject to a fee.
