It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 9 pm until 9 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. There is also an additional fee for pets. There is a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended in the backyard and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.), please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in.
