You get 2 properties in 1 listing! The main family home sleeps up to 10 and the additional back guest house sleeps an additional 6 people. It is the perfect place for a large family or multiple groups to stay in the same location! The property is located in a safe quiet neighborhood in the Greens gold course community. The property comes with a pool table, outdoor patio furniture/ grill, home gym, game room, and outdoor play areas. It is close to lake hefner and 2 major highways (74 & I-44).

Good to know

Main house is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The main house sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a king bed, queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 rollaway beds, and a pull out couch in the main house. The back house is a loft and an additional bathroom. The back house also has a game room in the garage side. The back house has a queen bed in the upstairs loft (stairs are steep), a futon, and a pull out couch in the garage side. The back house does not have central heat and air. It has portable air conditioners with heaters in both the house and garage sides.

Other Details to Note

We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET $35. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges. The back house does not have central heating and air. It has a portable air conditioner and heater in both the house and garage areas.

The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: - No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - There are 2 parking spots available for your use. You may park in the circle drive. Please do not park in the street. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. There is also an additional fee for pets. There is a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended in the backyard and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. - A $50 minimum (up to $250) hot tub cleaning fee will be applied if grass/ trash/ oils are left in the hot tub. Please shower before getting in and use 1 oz of oxidizer after each use. Please do not leave children unattended in the backyard or in the hot tub. Also, please keep the hot tub cover on and the jets turned off when it is not being used. Also, do not operate if the water level is below the jets. Use at your own risk. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside. - No smoking on premises. Smoking may result in a smoking remediation fee.

This is my second time at this place and honestly it’s terrific. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on a private golf course. It’s very secluded yet still very close to major highways. You can get downtown in about 15 minutes. The place itself is terrific. My dog Jango loves it. I wish I had more people with me as it was just me and my small dog!

Jay was a very attentive host. The house was spacious and well stocked with everything that we needed to feel like home away from home. It was a very nice neighborhood and there were 2 houses on the property. The kids had fun playing in the backyard and the arcade games were lots of fun. I highly recommend this home and we will be staying here when we return to OKC.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding with a total of 9 family members and 2 dogs. The house was clean and looked just like the photos. It really is set up for families who want to have a lot of fun and create great memories together. We booked both the main house and the cottage in the rear. It was as if everything was thought of for having a good time; games, hot tub, fire pit and table, even a jungle gym. The yard was well kept, and the neighborhood was quiet and had a great feel to it. The neighborhood itself has quick access to two highways. Kilpatrick Pkwy has a lot of shopping (normal stores like Wal Mart, Costco, Aldi, etc) as well as the shopping mall and restaurants. Hefner Freeway, or whatever it's called, takes you to downtown OKC quickly. If I were to book a place with my extended family again, I would definitely pick this again!
