The home is in a quiet, family-friendly golf course/casual country club community. It is located in NW Oklahoma City near Mercy Hospital with easy access to 2 major highways. It’s also near Lake Hefner which offers lakeside restaurants, bike/walking trails, fishing, and sailing. It is very spacious and sleeps up to 8! Looking for a little more room? You can also rent out the back guest house that sleeps an additional 3 guests!
Good to know
This is an entire home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a fun backyard with a treehouse and a trampoline for kids to enjoy. There’s a guest house that we rent out on airbnb as well. The backyard is separated with a fence (and the larger section of the backyard with the treehouse will be for your enjoyment). We require all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and any tenants that may be staying in the guest house. Noise complaints and additional cars (beyond two) may result in being asked to leave without a refund and/or a forfeited deposit.
Other Details to Note
I also rent the guest house in the backyard. The two houses are completely separated by a fence. Please keep the side driveway by the large gate open for access for the back house guests. Please be respectful of tenants in the guesthouse and the neighbors. We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition.

Neighborhood
The Greens is a family-friendly golf and country club community. There is a playground about a half mile up the street that is open to anyone. Our street is quiet and we will be quickly informed by the neighbors if guests are disruptive.
Guest Access
There is a keypad on the front door for entry. Cars must be parked in the driveway (not on the street) and there is a limit of two cars. Please leave clearance on the far right of the driveway for guests staying in the guest house to go in and out.
