OU Health Sciences Center is just a short walk away, while downtown, uptown, and midtown are just a short drive! Please be mindful of the following potential fees, as they may apply to you: -there is an additional fee PER pet -we can offer a 1-hour early or 1-hour late check-out time (each for $20) -smoking or vaping of any kind indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee -there will be a fee of $100 for unauthorized late check-outs past 11:00am

House Rules

- No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - No smoking/vaping indoors. Smoking/vaping indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet from the hours of 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! -Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. - Please leave trash in the bins on the east side of the house. The city picks up trash early Thursday morning. Someone will be by late Wednesday evening to take the bins out, if needed. They will be back Thursday evening to return, if needed. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. - Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. - We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. We stayed here for a week. Pictures of the house are accurate. Quiet street, safe neighborhood, communicative hosts. (Video games were played!) More than an OK stay! :) Thank you Blakely & Jay!

My family and I stayed here a wee when we needed to be near ou health, it is a super short drive. Quiet neighborhood. The house is super cute. I loved sitting on the porch swing seats. Would stay here again next time we are in Okc

Blakely and Jay were such wonderful hosts! They were incredibly kind, so accommodating, and easy to talk to. Their home is beautiful and super comfortable, nestled in a lovely part of town. You can get to so many great restaurants in just a few minutes, and there are lovely areas to walk around or soak in the scenery. The coffee in the kitchen was a lovely little bonus. I’m definitely planning to return and stay with them again. Thank you so much, Blakely and Jay, for everything!

This house is so cute! All the charm. Kiddos and pup stayed one night. We wished we could have stayed longer. Quiet neighborhood, very close to Dt and anything you could need is in close proximity. Host was responsive and helpful. She even let us stay last minute which I appreciated. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in the Dt area.
