The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: - No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - Please do not park on the grass. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 9 pm until 9 am.  If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. There is also an additional fee for pets. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them.   - Use coasters on wood surfaces. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door.                         - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.), please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside. - No smoking on premises.  Smoking may result in a $500 smoking remediation fee.

The communication from Chris and Jay was outstanding and exceptional. They're responsive, respectful, welcoming, and (most of all) kind. Showing kindness to strangers by being receptive and accommodating in situations requiring collaboration earns an A+ to these hosts. Heck, now I'm dreaming of renting their entire building for a family reunion. Thanks, Chris and Jay, for making this collaboration a hit!

I’ve been in multiple AB&Bs that have been double or more expensive than this and they not been half as nice. Everything was spectacular, from the location, the responsiveness of the host, and the space itself. With all the family of OU students coming to the area, there were no cheap decent hotels around so I was shocked to find this nice little 2 bedroom apartment for such a low price on here. We’ve been deceived by pictures/descriptions on here before so we were blown away to find this place to be even better than it was pictured and described. Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance or at most a very short drive from good food and drinks. The only issue we had was a noisy group of people renting an adjacent unit and the host was immediately responsive when I had informed them of this issue and also when I had to inform them of something I had left behind, which if they’re able to find, they said can be returned to me fairly simply. Would definitely stay here again.

Superbe maison située dans la banlieue d’Oklahoma City. L’appartement était magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable. C’est spacieux et très cocooning. Il y a plus que le nécessaire pour y passer un long séjour (équipements de cuisine ultra complet, placard de rangement, jeux de sociétés, etc) Très belle terrasse pour les appartements à l’étage. Quartier résidentiel ultra calme et très paisible, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville et avec des restaurants ou commerces à proximité. La communication a été excellente et très sympathique. Instructions ultra claires et précises. Je recommande sans hésitation.
