This is a very affordable home located in Del City, Oklahoma. It is 1.7 miles to Tinker Airforce base and 6 miles to Downtown OKC. It is not in the most desirable neighborhood (more unsightly than unsafe). There are a few unkept houses on the block, although the area is slowly improving. It is located within walking distance to the police/fire stations and a cute downtown area. The home was recently updated to include a 2-camera alarm system, WiFi, etc. It is priced accordingly for the area.

It is not the most desirable neighborhood and there are a few unkept houses on the block. But it is located within walking distance to the police/ fire stations and a cute downtown. The home comes with 2 outdoor security cameras and an indoor alarm system. The home was recently renovated and is priced accordingly for the area. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. -Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! -Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. -Please clean all dishes and pots/ pans. -Please leave trash outside in the trash cans when you check out. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in.
