Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET $35. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: - No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - There are 2 parking spots available for your use. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 9 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. Please leave the cover on the sofa to protect it. There is also an additional fee for pets. There is a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended in the backyard and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.), please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside. - No smoking on premises. Smoking may result in a smoking remediation fee.

I had such a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how easy check-in was. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone and would love to stay here again!

Place was better than advertised - beds were super comfortable and home was in a nice neighborhood. The home had tons of room and the ping pong table was a good time with the kids. Awesome experience and Jay communicated throughout the whole time before and after
