Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET $35. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: - No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - There are 2 parking spots available for your use. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 9 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. Please leave the cover on the sofa to protect it. There is also an additional fee for pets. There is a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended in the backyard and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.), please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside. - No smoking on premises. Smoking may result in a smoking remediation fee. Please note: For safety, fraud prevention, and insurance compliance, we require government-issued ID verification and/or a signed rental agreement prior to check-in.

The stay we had here was wonderful, it was a boy's trip for my fiancé and his friend and family and they enjoyed their entire stay. The home was welcoming and comfortable and in a wonderful area. We hope to stay again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was decorated so well too — modern, artsy, and with a really fun throwback vibe that made it feel unique and welcoming. The host did a great job communicating throughout the process and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place for our dynamics, the split living quarters. My son's family could stay downstairs with the baby and have a quiet place for baby naps. The upstairs was great for the rest of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. My husband has a bad back and was able to switch back and forth from the bed to the couch, as he does at home. He commented a couple times how comfortable the couch was.

Jay’s place is very spacious and open, not cluttered at all. It was perfect for my family, with my husband and me staying upstairs and my son and his family in the downstairs area. It’s a great walking neighborhood, and a very short drive to all the restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the stay here! Jay accommodated our many changes due to multiple family members and different needs, he worked with us and showed us grace in a misunderstanding and he always responded promptly. He was a great host. As far as the rental itself, it worked great for our split family vacation ( 2 couples and 2 teens) the house is beautiful, very appealing. Quiet neighborhood, and within minutes from department stores if you have a need. Plenty of places to eat near by and close to Lake Hefner.
