🏙️ Neighborhood Note The home is located in a mixed residential area near apartments, so you may notice some activity outside at times. We’ve added exterior cameras to help guests feel safe and comfortable during their stay. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - Guests are expected to keep shared areas clean and respectful. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Continued disregard for house rules may lead to removal from the property. - We have a "Minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. Three notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. These monitors are intended to help us detect parties, not to prevent a small group from having fun! And if you're bringing a baby or toddler and you're concerned about the noise monitor, don't be! - Please make sure you have read the details of the listing and are aware of the cancellation policy before arrival. We will not go against our cancellation policy or alter a reservation for a shorter length of stay. Date change requests and alterations are not guaranteed and are at the owner's discretion. Approved date changes are subject to a fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the new date(s) requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: -No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. -Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you!-Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an additional fee per pet. We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. We appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please don't leave dogs unattended and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. -Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. -Please leave trash outside the front door. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets to keep them from freezing.
