The primary bedroom features a king bed, 55” TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a 41” TV, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. The living room offers a queen pull-out couch and a 55” TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all basic cookware, pots, pans, and dishes—everything you need for a short or extended stay. There is also a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway for guest use. Step outside to enjoy one of the best features of the home—a private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit, grill, and a spacious patio with outdoor dining table and chairs. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood—no parties or large gatherings allowed. Wildlife is common in the area (deer, etc.), especially in the mornings and evenings. Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them and do not leave them unattended for long periods. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee (subject to cleaner availability). - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a shipping+labor fee. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. (Do not worry about babies or kids setting off the detector! It's only intended to prevent disruptive parties.) - Date change requests are subject to a fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, there could be additional charges.
