Located in a historic and revitalizing neighborhood, we bought and completely remodeled this 100-year-old house, obsessing over every detail, finish, and furniture piece.

Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: -No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. -Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 9 pm until 9:00 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! -Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. Avoid leaving standing water on countertops. Do not set hot items directly on counters. -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. -Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. -Please leave trash outside the front door. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. - Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets to keep them from freezing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside. - No smoking on premises. Smoking may result in a smoking remediation fee. -Please do not park in the street over night and you are limited to 2 cars.

Neighborhood

Plaza District is one of the coolest spots in OKC with some of the best restaurants. They even have monthly art festivals where they shut down the street for live music, art, food and entertainment. It's also just 1.5 miles to the Paseo Arts District and 1.5 miles to Midtown. You can't get more centrally located to everything! Keep in mind, this is a historic, revitalizing neighborhood! There are million dollar houses next to run down ones. It's just part of the process.
