This is a duplex with 2 units. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

Neighborhood
Plaza District is one of the coolest spots in OKC with some of the best restaurants. They even have monthly art festivals where they shut down the street for live music, art, food and entertainment. It's also just 1.5 miles to the Paseo Arts District and 1.5 miles to Midtown. You can't get more centrally located to everything! Keep in mind, this is a historic, revitalizing neighborhood! There are million dollar houses next to run down ones. It's just part of the process.
