It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. -Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise down late at night. -No additional guests unless requested by guest and permitted by host. -Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an addition fee per pet. Please do not leave pets unattended. -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. -Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. -Please leave trash outside the front door. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are unable to answer questions past 10 pm. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - Please return cornhole bags to dry storage container or inside. - No smoking on premises. We only stayed a very short time but everything was perfect! I hope we get to make another trip but a longer stay so we can enjoy the house more!!

Jay and Cody's place was cute and cozy. It was beautifully decorated and looked like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and we loved staying there. One thing we really appreciated was the use of their garage. We were on our way driving back to Arizona and had a lot of things in our car, but we didn't have to worry as we were able to park in the garage. There are restaurants close by and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
