Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. There may be a charge for unapproved guests. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - There are 2 parking spots available for your use. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. - Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 9 pm until 9 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - Use coasters on wood surfaces. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.), please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions. - No firearms/ weapons on the premises. - No smoking on premises. Smoking may result in a smoking remediation fee. Great space to stay with friends or family for a little getaway. The kitchen and dining space was amazing to host a small bday party with my friends and the backyard is a nice space to commune as well. The space is comfy and thoughtfully put together for their guests.

What a cute and comfortable home not far from downtown OKC! We felt right at home and loved the location. It was a peaceful neighborhood, and Jay was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Jay and this stay!

A wonderfully appointed BNB. Very tastefully decorated in keeping with the time period. The kitchen is the most well appointed one we’ve stayed in so I was able to cook many extended family meals. There were even sharp knives! Bedding and linens were new and felt amazing. The blackout curtains helped us sleep-in. They were very gracious in working with our reservation. My husband liked the glasses so much we asked where we could find them. We come to visit family but the neighborhood has plentiful restaurants and shopping close by.

Nice little cozy bungalow style home. The location of the home is very close to restaurants, convenience stores and the OKC Convention Center. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend staying at this home when visiting OKC.
