Jay's was one of the best AirBB host we have ever had. Great communications. The place is just like the pics and the location is very close to MANY great places to shop, eat, and enjoy late night activities. This place is a "returner"!!!

This is my second time at this place and honestly it’s terrific. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on a private golf course. It’s very secluded yet still very close to major highways. You can get downtown in about 15 minutes. The place itself is terrific. My dog Jango loves it. I wish I had more people with me as it was just me and my small dog!

Really loved the space! Plenty of room and the back yard was a great place to spend time. Hosts were responsive and were great communicators. We plan to stay there again in the future.

This place was over the top nice if I could give it more stars I would. Everything was SUPER CLEAN this was probably the most cleanest airbnb I have stayed at I was very pleased and the house is huge! Cody and her team helped me through every process and any questions I had. Will be bringing friends here to stay again.

I loved the location, the neighborhood and it was easy to get downtown from the house. Blakely and Jay was very responsive if I had any questions. I would recommend this place for family and friends.

Stop searching. THIS is the place!! Best house and host I’ve ever had!! Where else can you play arcade PacMan and listen to a Johnny Cash album on a record player with Bose speakers!! This place is spotless!! Loved every second of staying here. I’ll be back!!

This is a charming small apartment perfect for 1-2 people. Close to restaurants and cafes and the Saturday farmers market. It was very quiet at night. And it was great to be able to park our motorcycles right outside our door. Our host Manny was very friendly and helpful. But my all time favorite part of this place is the king size bed and linens. It was one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in. Laundry was a bonus as well. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it if you’re in Las Cruces.

This is such an adorable, beautiful Tudor home. Looked small from the outside and was surprised at all the room when we got in. The location was perfect! Just minutes from so many restaurants and downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet and all the homes were nice. Jay was so friendly and quick to answer questions. He was very helpful. 10/10 host!!! We are already looking to return this spring for another visit and will 100% stay at one of his properties. We highly recommend this little charmer!! Thank you Jay!

The communication from Chris and Jay was outstanding and exceptional. They're responsive, respectful, welcoming, and (most of all) kind. Showing kindness to strangers by being receptive and accommodating in situations requiring collaboration earns an A+ to these hosts. Heck, now I'm dreaming of renting their entire building for a family reunion. Thanks, Chris and Jay, for making this collaboration a hit!
